Little Duo, an independent developer, provides Pixjoy and littleduo.app. Contact support@littleduo.app. This policy covers the Pixjoy iOS and Android app and this website.
Photos, videos and local processing
With device permission, Pixjoy accesses selected photos, videos, thumbnails and metadata to browse, organize, edit, share and request deletion. Media and organization records are processed locally. No Pixjoy account is required. We do not provide cloud backup or upload media to our servers or AI services. Settings, history and temporary export files may be stored locally; optional reminders use device notifications. System photo services may download cloud media or synchronize changes. Sharing sends selected files, possibly including location metadata, to your chosen destination. The deletion queue is not a recycle bin: after confirmation Pixjoy requests system deletion and cannot restore completed deletions.
Advertising — AdMob
Pixjoy shows non-personalized Google AdMob ads. Paid membership includes removing ads while the entitlement is active. AdMob may process IP addresses, approximate location, device or advertising identifiers, ad interactions and diagnostics for ad delivery, measurement and fraud prevention. Your photo library is not supplied as advertising data. Non-personalized ads can still involve data processing. Where consent is required, we obtain it before enabling the relevant advertising data processing. Analytics and crash reporting — Firebase
We use Firebase Analytics for activity, retention, feature-use and purchase-conversion statistics, and Firebase Crashlytics to diagnose crashes. These services can process app-instance or installation identifiers, usage events, device and operating-system information, app versions, crash stack traces and technical diagnostics; Analytics may derive approximate region from network information. We exclude photos, videos, album names, media file paths and photo locations from events and reports, and do not record sessions. Analytics and crash reporting are enabled by default where legally permitted. Where prior consent is required, collection starts only after consent. You can turn each service off separately in app settings. Removing ads does not by itself disable analytics or crash reporting. Store purchases
Pixjoy offers weekly and yearly subscriptions and a one-time lifetime purchase on iOS and Android. Apple or Google processes payments. Pixjoy processes product identifiers, purchase status and transaction or entitlement information to provide and restore paid access. Little Duo does not receive complete payment-card details. Prices and benefits are shown before purchase.
Website and support
Cloudflare processes request information such as IP addresses to deliver and secure this website. We have not added website advertising or analytics trackers. Support email involves your address, message and attachments, processed by us and our email provider to answer requests. Please avoid unnecessary sensitive information. Cloudflare information: https://www.cloudflare.com/privacypolicy/. Support messages to support@littleduo.app are forwarded through Cloudflare Email Routing to Gmail. Cloudflare and Google process your email address, message and attachments to forward, store and deliver support correspondence. We use this address only for customer support and do not send marketing emails.
Purposes, retention and international processing
Processing supports requested features, support, security, advertising, measurement and purchases. Where applicable, legal bases are service performance, legitimate interests such as security, legal obligations and consent where required. Local records follow device storage and backup settings. Firebase Analytics user-level and event-level detail is retained for 2 months; new activity does not reset this period. This limit does not apply to standard aggregated reports. Under Google’s retention rules, Crashlytics retains crash data and identifiers for 90 days before beginning removal from live and backup systems. We delete support emails 90 days after a request is resolved, unless disputes or legal obligations require longer retention. Advertising and store data follow provider retention rules. Providers may process data internationally, with safeguards where required. We apply reasonable security measures without guaranteeing absolute security.
Your choices, younger users and updates
Manage photo and notification permissions in device settings. Use the app’s privacy settings to manage advertising choices and turn analytics and crash reporting off separately. You may withdraw consent where processing relies on it; withdrawal does not affect prior lawful processing. Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability, object to processing, withdraw consent or complain to a supervisory authority. Email support@littleduo.app; we cannot remotely access your local photo library. Pixjoy is for a general audience, not specifically directed to children. If we learn of child data supplied where parental consent was required, we will take appropriate action. We will update this policy and provide additional notice where required.
